Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with decision makers.
• Comfort with prospecting and creating opportunities from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Prospect daily through outbound calls, networking, referrals, email, and events.
• Identify organizations suited for our managed IT and cybersecurity services.
• Build relationships with business owners and executives.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand business needs and goals.
• Partner with technical teams to develop the right solutions.
• Maintain a sales pipeline and follow up to move opportunities toward a decision.
• Represent Cross Link professionally in the community.
