KaufmanIT, Inc. is seeking a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) in Irvine, CA to help grow our sales pipeline and build a long-term career in technology sales.

You’ll connect with business owners and executives, uncover opportunities and generate qualified meetings for Account Executives, receiving coaching from sales leaders and exposure to executive-level conversations to fuel KaufmanIT’s growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales, customer-facing or business experience preferred.
• Experience with outbound prospecting is a plus.
• Interest in technology, cybersecurity and B2B sales.
• CRM experience is helpful but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify potential clients.
• Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Research companies that fit KaufmanIT’s ICP.
• Schedule qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives.
• Speak with business owners, executives and IT decision-makers.
• Identify business challenges, risks and growth opportunities.
• Conduct consultative discovery conversations.
• Position KaufmanIT as a trusted advisor.
