Sales Talent, Inc. seeks a true hunter to build a new book selling commercial fuel and lubricants in the Seattle market. You will prospect and close deals with various clients, earning a base plus a generous commission on gross profit.
Expect 3–4 days in the field, a $80K base salary with a guaranteed $2K/month ramp, and a national network for larger opportunities. Fuel and lubricant offerings provide a strong competitive edge.
I’m recruiting for a Sales Executive in the greater Seattle market with a national commercial fuel and lubricants company.
This is a true hunter role. You’re not inheriting a book of business or spending your days managing existing accounts. You’re building your own book, winning new business, and getting paid based on what you produce.
And the commission is 10% of gross profit. Uncapped.
A few things that make this opportunity interesting:
Benefits include:
You’ll be selling commercial fuel and lubricants to companies like construction, concrete, transportation, fleet, industrial, landscaping, and municipal organizations.
The company already has the infrastructure and brand recognition in place. You’re not starting from zero. You’re walking into an established market and building your own territory within it.
And there’s a big advantage to the offering: fuel + lubricants from one provider. That gives you a pretty compelling story when you’re walking into a fleet or industrial operation.
Even better, when you land a customer with locations outside your market, you can follow that customer nationally.
Fuel or lubricant experience is NOT required.
Hunter mentality.
If you’ve sold in fleet services, industrial supply, Cintas or similar B2B services, commercial insurance, transportation/logistics, or another high-activity outside sales environment, I’d love to talk.
Competitive athletes with B2B sales experience are also encouraged to reach out.
The company can teach the industry. They can’t teach hunger.
