RD Industries is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to grow our business across North America. This role blends managing existing accounts with pursuing new opportunities, requiring strong relationship-building and the ability to translate technical products into clear value for buyers.

Based in Omaha, NE, this full-time on-site position travels up to 15% to meet clients and trade shows. You’ll collaborate with engineering and marketing to develop proposals, forecasts, and a robust sales

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of B2B sales experience.
• Experience in industrial, chemical, or related sectors preferred.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business through outreach, networking, and industry events
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts
• Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions
• Present and demonstrate products to key decision-makers
• Create proposals, pricing, and business cases
• Negotiate contracts and close deals
• Work with engineering, production, and marketing teams
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records
• Attend trade shows and visit customer sites (up to 15% travel)
