Job Overview

Aspire is partnering with an international Account-Based Marketing Software provider, seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead their US business growth. This role is initially an individual contributor position, with potential to build a team based on success.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify and engage prospective clients across various sectors.
  2. Manage the entire sales cycle from outreach to deal closure.
  3. Develop and execute a sales strategy targeting C-Suite professionals in mid-market businesses.
  4. Negotiate and build long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  5. Analyze market trends to refine sales methodologies, including territory and process planning.
  6. Utilize CRM tools, especially Salesforce, to optimize sales processes and decision-making.
  7. Maintain accurate CRM records and provide sales reports and forecasts.
Required Experience
  1. At least 6 years in B2B sales, preferably with similar solutions.
  2. Proven consultative selling skills with the ability to close six-figure deals.
  3. History of exceeding targets and outperforming peers.
  4. Experience in smaller companies or startups.
  5. Degree-level education.
