About the position :

We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our B2B sales team. You will play a crucial role in the growth and success of our company and B2B & Partnerships team. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads and prospects, initiating contact, establishing initial relationships, and setting up meetings with key decision-makers. We seek a motivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills, passionate about sales, and with a strong desire to succeed.

Responsibilities :
  1. Proactively research and identify potential prospects in the North American market.
  2. Initiate contact with leads through outbound cold calls, cold emails, and other communication channels to introduce Holafly and its SIM services. Engage in meaningful conversations with leads to assess their needs, budget, timeline, and decision-making process to determine if they are qualified sales opportunities.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the company’s CRM.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments to provide valuable insights to the sales team.
What do you need to succeed :
  • Proven experience as SDR or inside sales role in the North American market (3-5 years of experience)
  • High English level (Native or bilingual)
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in using automation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, etc.
