Job summary

Nextpower seeks a Sales Analyst – Robotics based in Fremont, CA or Nashville, TN to support the commercial team delivering robotics, AI, and automation solutions for solar and battery storage. You will manage customer, project, and opportunity data, develop quotations, and coordinate pricing with multiple stakeholders.

The role offers exposure to emerging technologies and requires collaboration across engineering, logistics, operations, and finance. Travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales support experience.
• Experience in sales analysis, financial analysis, business development, and/or program management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite CRM/ERP systems.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate across teams.
• Ability to travel up to 20% and work independently.
• Experience in solar, battery storage, robotics, automation, or AI sectors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate customer, project, and opportunity data in Salesforce/ERP.
• Develop quotations and comprehensive customer proposals reflecting requirements.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Logistics, Operations, Finance on pricing, costs, margins, schedules.
• Support pipeline reporting, customer presentations, and commercial analysis.
• Assist in bid strategy discussions and proposal development from customer request to handoff.
• Coordinate with outside contractors for information, pricing, and deliverables.
• Build cross-department relationships and improve proposal materials and processes.
• Stay informed on robotics, AI, automation, and analytics tech for solar/battery ops.
