Qualifications

Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage a sales pipeline.
Strong customer service and communication skills, with clear verbal and written interactions.
Experience in account management and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with strong time management.
Proficient with CRM tools and MS Office to track activities.

Responsibilities

Identify and qualify new business opportunities and conduct outbound calls.
Present services to prospective clients and manage the sales cycle from lead to onboarding.
Maintain accurate CRM records and coordinate with internal teams for onboarding.
Build and maintain client relationships and address inquiries to meet sales targets.
Monitor market trends and provide feedback to improve service offerings.
Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
