Job summary

Talentfoot Executive Search is partnering with a B2B SaaS company to hire a Performance Marketing Manager who will own the full growth engine. You will manage paid acquisition across search, social, and display, optimize landing pages, and build CRM workflows for nurtures and onboarding.

You'll create content, newsletters, and visuals, and report on funnel metrics and ROI. This role offers remote work with quarterly travel to the Midwest and opportunities to impact acquisition efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of marketing experience in a SaaS environment, ideally B2B.
• Proven track record of running paid media campaigns with measurable results.
• Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platform and landing page building.
• Strong writing skills for blog, email, and social content; basic video editing.
• Analytical mindset; comfortable with marketing data and AI tools.
• Self-starter; able to manage multiple channels independently.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across search, social, display, and retargeting.
• Design, build, and A/B test landing pages within brand design system.
• Build and maintain CRM workflows for lead nurture, onboarding, and re-engagement.
• Own the email newsletter cadence and content balance.
• Write and publish blog posts and social content; create visuals and short-form video.
• Represent the company on video across content channels.
• Build marketing reports covering funnel metrics, channel ROI, and campaign performance.
• Utilize AI tools to speed up content production, campaign optimization, and reporting.
