Job summary

Cable One is seeking a Retention Business Account Representative to help our business customers optimize their telecom services and maintain strong relationships. You will engage with small and mid-sized companies to address concerns, renew contracts, and demonstrate the value of our voice and broadband offerings.

The role emphasizes problem-solving, patience, and persistent sales skills to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty across the Cable One family of brands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Associates degree preferred for advancement.
• Sales experience preferred in telecommunications or related field.

Responsibilities

• Retain customers who call to reduce or cancel services.
• Renew contracts and maintain existing business customer base.
• Follow up with subscribers to answer questions and confirm assistance.
• Identify reasons for dissatisfaction and resolve issues to retain customers.
• Upsell Sparklight products (digital, HSD, phone) to existing customers.
• Collaborate with other departments to address customer questions or concerns.
• Support the company's Values and Brand Principles in daily activities.
