Cable One is seeking aRetention Business Account Representative in Austin to help our business customers maximize value from voice and broadband services. You will engage with small and medium-sized companies that call to disconnect, demonstrating the benefits of our services and addressing concerns.

You will work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, renew contracts, and upsell appropriate packages while maintaining a customer-centric approach and professionalism in all interactions.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED; associate degree preferred.
• Prior sales experience preferred; telecom experience a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Remain calm and patient when dealing with frustrated customers.

Responsabilidades

• Retain customers who call to reduce or cancel services.
• Renew contracts for existing business customers.
• Answer customer questions and follow up as needed to resolve concerns.
• Upsell Sparklight products (digital, HSD, and phone) to existing business customers.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer inquiries.
