Job summary

Merkle, part of Dentsu, is seeking a Senior Director, Relationship Marketing Strategy to support an Insurance/Wealth Management client in the B2B space. You will report to the VP, Relationship Marketing Strategy and lead strategic omni-channel marketing plans that drive measurable ROI.

You will build trusted client relationships, translate data and CRM technology into marketing ideas, collaborate across teams and partner agencies, and ensure programs align with client objectives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of data driven marketing – CRM, email, online/offline media.
• Deep understanding of the customer lifecycle and messaging strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the building, development, and delivery of strategic omni-channel marketing plans.
• Translate new technology – particularly in 1st party data marketing and CRM – into new marketing ideas.
• Develop trusted, long-term relationships with key client contacts and executives.
• Collaborate with team leadership and partner agencies to turn ideas into executable plans.
• Identify key data points and measurements to show impact of our strategy on the client’s business.
