Job summary

Stride, Inc. seeks a Program Manager for home-based delivery of educational cohorts. You will guide end-to-end programs, coordinate instructors and students, and ensure client goals are met across kickoff, delivery, and closeout stages.

Required are 3 years of experience or an equivalent combination with strong communication and organizational skills; travel up to 10% is possible; a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Salary ranges will be determined by location and experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute delivery of a portfolio of cohort trainings through the full lifecycle (initiation, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, closing).
• Monitor attendance, surveys, and assessments; share results with client stakeholders.
• Onboard students to Galvanize platforms; facilitate discussions and support educational plans.
• Coordinate kickoff ceremonies, demos, graduations and other touchpoints with students.
• Serve as primary point of contact for students; maintain smooth classroom operations.
• Provide feedback to students; collaborate with instructors and other teams; complete closeout activities.
