Job summary

Stride, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Manager (Contract) to join a fast-paced corporate marketing team.

You will lead planning and execution of omni-channel campaigns aimed at driving enrollment and engagement for a network of online schools. Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, you will collaborate with Enrollment, Creative, Web, Analytics, Communications, Email, Product, Social, and Market Research teams, plus external partners and school leaders.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in marketing or equivalent
• Ability to juggle priorities and work independently
• Highly organized with attention to deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High standards for quality and accountability in deliverables

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of integrated marketing strategies driving enrollment growth and engagement
• Manage comprehensive marketing plans for assigned schools
• Oversee high-performing content and messaging across owned channels
• Deliver regular performance readouts using data and dashboards
• Leverage data, AI tools, and experimentation to optimize campaigns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate differentiators and drive impact
• Lead SEO and organic growth strategies for visibility and conversion
• Mentor marketing coordinators and stay ahead of industry trends
