Job summary

Galvanize is seeking a Program Manager to ensure the successful delivery of our cohort trainings.

You will work with the enterprise team and classroom students to fulfill contractual obligations while maintaining flexibility, organization, and strong relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities include onboarding students, monitoring attendance and assessments, and delivering clear client communications during the delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience or equivalent education/experience mix.
• Experience with Google Apps, Slack, Asana, Zoom.
• Willingness to clear background check and travel up to 10%.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, public speaking.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Operations, Academics and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of a portfolio of cohort trainings through full lifecycle—initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, closing.
• Onboard students to Galvanize platforms and facilitate discussions.
• Provide ongoing communication with instructors, students, and stakeholders.
• Monitor attendance, surveys, and assessments; report results to clients.
• Coordinate ceremonies (kickoff, demo day, graduation) and closeout activities.
• Collaborate with Directors and Client Solutions Manager to address issues and risks.
