Job summary

Stride, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Manager (Contract) to lead end-to-end marketing for its network of online schools.

You will plan and execute integrated campaigns across web, email, social, SEO, and content, reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing. You will collaborate with Enrollment, Creative, Web, Analytics, Communications, Product, and school leaders to drive enrollment, engagement, and retention.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in marketing or equivalent combo of education and experience
• Ability to manage multiple priorities daily and work independently
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, meets deadlines consistently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High standards for quality and accountability in deliverables

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated marketing strategies to drive enrollment growth and retention across owned and organic channels.
• Develop and manage comprehensive marketing plans for assigned schools.
• Oversee content and messaging across owned channels with brand alignment.
• Deliver performance readouts using data dashboards (CTR, engagement, conversion).
• Use data, technology, and AI tools to personalize campaigns at scale.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and school leadership for differentiation.
• Guide analytics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize touchpoints.
• Lead SEO and organic growth for school websites and content ecosystems.
• Align marketing with regional and national stakeholders for consistency.
• Drive experimentation and performance analysis for continuous improvement.
• Support new school launches with cross-functional execution.
• Mentor interns or coordinators.
