Job summary

Paysafe, a global payments platform, seeks a Customer Success Manager, Partners, to own a portfolio of B2B merchant relationships throughout the customer lifecycle. You will build trusted relationships, helping merchants achieve business goals and maximize Paysafe’s value across products and services.

This role requires 2–4 years in customer success or related fields, strong communication, and experience coordinating with sales, product, support, and operations to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Customer Success or related roles.
• Experience supporting B2B customers in payments/fintech or SaaS.
• Familiarity with payment platforms.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to coordinate across internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of B2B merchant accounts, ensuring satisfaction, engagement, health, and retention.
• Build trusted relationships and advocate for merchants.
• Develop success plans aligning merchant goals with Paysafe products.
• Monitor health, engagement, risk with Salesforce and CS tools.
• Lead onboarding, training, and adoption of Paysafe products.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, and Ops to resolve issues.
• Identify growth opportunities and coordinate next steps.
• Report on performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Drive process improvements and knowledge sharing.
