Job summary

Talus is seeking a field-based Solution Consultant to drive B2B sales for our merchant services platform. You will generate leads, build a healthy sales pipeline, and close deals that enhance merchants’ payment efficiency while earning competitive base pay and uncapped commissions.

In this role you will participate in a 4-week training program and work to expand relationships across diverse industries, while representing Talus with integrity and customer-first focus.

Qualifications

• Experience in a quota-driven self-sourcing sales environment for small to medium clients.
• Experience with cold-calling and self-sourcing leads.
• Ability to develop a plan to build your pipeline and generate top-line revenue growth.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter attitude are essential.

Responsibilities

• Generate your own leads in a B2B environment, supplemented by referrals from relationships you build.
• Retain clients by growing portfolios through relationship management and cross consulting.
• Represent Talus values and uphold ethical standards in all interactions.
• Commit fully to Talus’s 4-week training program without interruption.
