Orkin is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Minnesota to sell pest-control solutions to diverse commercial clients. You’ll leverage the Orkin brand, training, and tools to build relationships and close opportunities.

You’ll work with a high-performance team, have a base salary plus uncapped commission, and enjoy a company vehicle after training, plus comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within a mission-driven company.

Qualifications

• No industry experience required; sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pest control license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to varied industries.
• Aim to meet sales goals through prospecting and following leads.
• Provide best pest-control solutions with professional, empathetic customer service.
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Conduct inspections of commercial properties and present clear, practical recommendations.
