This full-time role offers uncapped commissions, a structured training program, and mentoring, with realistic first-year earnings of $70K–$90K+. Local travel and a proven territory are provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of B2B sales, outside sales, or customer-facing experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive mindset.
• Ability to manage time and territory effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business (cold calls, networking, referrals).
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend technology solutions.
• Sell IT services, software, and hardware; maintain CRM pipeline.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
