Datamax Texarkana, TX is seeking a B2B Outside Sales Representative to grow our presence in Texarkana, AR area. You will source new business, manage the full sales cycle, and build relationships with business owners and decision-makers to offer IT services, software, and hardware.

This role offers uncapped commission, realistic first-year earnings of $70K–$90K, a structured onboarding, and access to a strong support team and mentorship as you build a recurring book of business.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of B2B sales, outside sales, or customer-facing experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive mindset.
• Ability to manage time and territory effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally.
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $70,000–$90,000

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business (cold calls, networking, referrals).
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

• Maintain a sales pipeline and activity tracking in CRM.
