NRS Pros is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Illinois. This field-based role covers an assigned territory, focusing on POS systems, merchant services, and payment solutions for local business owners.

You will build lasting relationships and drive new business with an uncapped commission structure and strong earning potential. We offer paid training, ongoing product education, and supportive management to help you grow your territory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience required.
• Outside sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel throughout assigned territory and meet business owners.

Responsibilities

• Develop new B2B accounts within your assigned territory.
• Meet with local business owners to understand their needs and goals.
• Present and demonstrate POS systems, merchant services, and payment solutions.
• Recommend products based on customer needs and build long-term relationships.
• Coordinate installations and assist customers with setup.
• Achieve monthly sales goals and maintain CRM data.
