Richards Building Supply is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to drive new business and manage existing accounts in Maryland Heights, MO. As a family-owned, wholesale distributor of exterior building materials, you will hunt for new business, build a book of business, and grow long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in B2B SMB sales (building materials knowledge a plus).
• Proven track record of exceeding 100%+ quota over time (must be listed on resume).
• Experience generating your own leads, cold calling, and building a book of business.
• CRM experience is a must have.
