Bridgestone HosePower, LLC, the premier distributor of hydraulic and industrial hose products in the Norfolk area, seeks a motivated Account Manager to thrive in a performance-driven B2B outside sales environment. You will contact established and prospective accounts, provide onsite service, and grow sales in designated markets.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of outside sales experience and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years outside sales experience preferred but not required.
• BA in Business or related field preferred, but not required.
• Highly organized with ability to multi-task and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Contact established, inactive, and prospective accounts on a scheduled basis to solicit purchase orders for company products.
• Provide onsite service and support to customers.
• Sell into major markets, including new and existing territories.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with established and prospective accounts.
• Achieve individual and departmental financial goals established by Management Team.
• Meet and exceed monthly quota and budgets while growing year-over-year sales goals.
• Visit current customers while continuing to prospect potential customers within the designated sales region.
• Provide continuous education within the product realm.
