Job summary

Sycamore Consultancy Services is seeking a proactive outbound sales professional to research target accounts, manage outbound campaigns, and chase proposals in a fast-paced agency/IT services environment.

You will run weekly activity reports, keep CRM up-to-date, and conduct LinkedIn outreach and follow-up calls to generate pipeline and revenue. Strong written English required; experience with B2B SaaS is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate with outbound/inside sales experience in agency, IT services, consulting or B2B SaaS.
• Strong written English communication skills.
• Exposure to digital marketing or UAE market.
• Familiarity with CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Research business model, website, marketing gaps.
• Report weekly activity, reply rates by segment, & pipeline created.
• Build target accounts and keep the CRM current.
• Run outbound email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-up calls.
