Job summary

cyberThink Inc. seeks a Business Operations Specialist to maintain vendor relationships and act as a business analyst for non-IT projects, balancing administrative duties with strategic goals. The role reports to a project manager or director and supports project goals, deadlines, metrics and budgets.

You will lead cross-department collaboration, develop B2B dashboards, and assist senior leadership with reporting and process improvements for B2B services.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related administrative and project management experience.
• BA/BS in Business, Finance, or a related field is required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is required.
• Strong project and program management skills demonstrated.
• Proven track record planning and executing large projects or events.

Responsibilities

• B2B CARE Department Operations Support and business planning support
• Project support including status tracking, documentation, and detail updates
• Cross-departmental collaboration to provide B2B customer satisfaction
• Develop B2B dashboards for internal and external stakeholders
• Reporting preparation for Senior leaderships and Global HQ office
• Developing and improving B2B service process along with B2B customers expectation
• Strategical thinking and collaborative preparation for team targets
• Inventory management and parts demand forecasting
