Job summary

Aidey is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to guide B2B clients through the onboarding journey and set the stage for long-term customer success. As the primary contact, you will coordinate milestones with internal teams, schedule training, and maintain proactive communication to ensure a smooth transition to our services.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication: verbal, written, reading.
• Previous experience onboarding B2B clients.
• Experience in Customer Success, Onboarding, Account Management, or similar role.
• Strong interpersonal skills and rapport with clients.
• Experience guiding customers through implementation or onboarding processes.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on exceptional customer service.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for new customers during onboarding.
• Guide customers through onboarding milestones and ensure smooth transitions.
• Schedule and coordinate onboarding meetings, trainings, follow-ups.
• Maintain regular communication to provide updates and answer questions.
• Collect and organize customer information required for onboarding.
• Coordinate with internal teams to complete onboarding tasks on time.
• Track onboarding progress and follow up on outstanding items.
• Document customer interactions and onboarding activities in company systems.
• Identify onboarding challenges and elevate issues when needed.
• Help create a positive customer experience and support throughout onboarding journey.
• Assist with process improvements and onboarding documentation.
• Support customer retention by helping customers achieve a successful launch.
