Job summary

Victra is hiring a Business Sales Manager to lead a field-based team focused on new customer acquisition in Raleigh and other US locations. You will model hunter behavior, coach reps, and drive a high-performance culture with aggressive new-logo targets.

The role requires leadership, coaching skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales within a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. Travel and field engagement are expected.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in a B2B outside sales role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding new-business sales targets in a hunter-focused environment.
• Experience leading, training, or mentoring a sales team is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and coach a field-based team of up to ten outside B2B sales reps.
• Drive new-logo acquisition through proactive prospecting and networking.
• Partner with Marketing and Sales Operations to optimize lead-gen and pipeline.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and track pipeline, activity, and forecast accuracy.
