Job summary

Victra is seeking a Business Sales Manager to lead a field-based team focused on gaining new B2B customers. You will coach reps to open doors and close new logos, while meeting aggressive growth targets across a defined territory.

The role requires building relationships with decision‑makers, collaborating with Marketing, and driving a high‑performing hunter culture in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in a B2B outside sales role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding new‑business sales targets in a hunter‑focused environment.
• Prior experience leading, training, or mentoring a sales team preferred.
• Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills; lead by example in the field.
• Proficiency with CRM tools for pipeline management and reporting.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for field‑based team support.

Responsibilities

• Build and coach a team of up to ten B2B outside sales reps focused on new customer acquisition.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the team to open doors through cold outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Develop territory strategies and manage quotas tied to new logos and revenue growth.
• Partner with Marketing and Sales Ops to refine lead generation and pipeline management.
• Represent Victra in the local business community through events and partnerships.
