Job summary

Newsletter Jobs is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead a growing B2B marketing program for a software company serving the manufacturing sector. This hands-on role combines strategy with execution across campaigns, content, and channel analytics.

You will partner with sales, manage external partners, and drive lead generation while ensuring alignment with company leadership. Hybrid work in Southwest Michigan is offered with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of marketing experience in B2B software or industrial markets.
• Experience owning campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong writing, PM, and communication skills.
• Experience with digital marketing, email campaigns, CRM, analytics.
• Ability to work independently and manage outside partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual marketing plan with budget and goals.
• Lead marketing across content, email, digital channels, site, social, events.
• Create programs to build awareness, generate leads, and strengthen customer relationships.
• Partner with sales on messaging, follow-up, and lead quality.
• Develop content such as case studies, newsletters, pages, decks, and sales materials.
• Manage outside marketing partners and guide a part-time digital marketing coordinator.
• Track campaign performance and adjust based on leads, engagement, and ROI.
