Job summary

MS Companies is seeking a Direct-Hire Email Marketing Campaign Specialist to support and own B2B email marketing, CRM, customer nurture, re-engagement, and cross-sell initiatives.

The ideal candidate will bring hands‑on experience managing email campaigns from concept through execution, including audience segmentation, CRM data, copywriting, campaign setup, reporting, and optimization. This role is based in Carmel, IN, on-site with one flex work-from-home day.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of email marketing, CRM, digital marketing, or marketing automation experience.
• Hands-on end-to-end email campaign management experience.
• Strong B2B marketing, audience segmentation, and pain-point targeting understanding.
• Ability to write and proofread B2B email copy for multiple audiences.
• CRM data management, list management, segmentation, and campaign reporting.
• Experience with Canva for marketing creative support.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines with attention to detail.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Build, schedule, test, proofread, and deploy email campaigns primarily through Pardot.
• Manage audience segmentation, CRM data, lists, and campaign targeting.
• Write and edit B2B email content addressing customer and prospect needs.
• Develop lead nurture, lifecycle, cross-sell, and re-engagement campaigns.
• Own campaigns from planning to deployment, reporting, and optimization.
• Track delivery, open, click, bounce, conversions, engagement, and unsubscribe metrics.
• Maintain email templates, Pardot lists, automation rules, and workflows.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, Inside Sales, HR, Payroll, and others.
