RSM US LLP is seeking an Enterprise Integrated GTM Marketing Manager to drive firmwide programs. You will translate complex services into buyer-centered narratives that connect brand strategy to demand generation and revenue across the full buyer journey.

You’ll partner with enterprise marketing leadership and cross-functional teams to shape campaigns, measure impact, and optimize performance in a matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (required).
• 5-7 years of leading B2B marketing/growth experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a marketing strategy in support of enterprise go-to-market programs.

• Create strategic briefs and frame decisions to align cross-functional teams.
• Translate complex services into clear external stories and measures.
• Monitor performance across the funnel and optimize investment and activation.
