Job summary

NuVista AI is seeking an experienced B2B Marketing Strategist to build and lead our marketing function from the ground up. You will own the full campaign lifecycle, from defining ideal customer profiles to developing positioning, messaging, content, and outreach sequences, driving a repeatable inbound and outbound engine.

You will collaborate with sales and leadership across our technology consulting and staffing services, shaping messaging based on market data and sales feedback while thriving

Qualifications

• Four+ years in B2B IT/tech marketing.
• Experience building marketing and campaign strategies from scratch.
• Strong outbound/inbound marketing knowledge.
• Experience ICPs, personas, and target account strategies.
• Experience ABM and multi-channel campaigns.
• Ability to translate services into clear business messaging.

Responsibilities

• Define ICPs, target accounts, and buyer personas.
• Research priority industries, decision-makers, and buying behaviors.
• Develop integrated outbound and inbound campaign strategies.
• Create campaign concepts, positioning, and messaging.
• Build outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, ABM.
• Own content and SEO strategy to boost organic visibility.
• Document lead-generation processes and SOPs.
• Develop campaign briefs, editorial calendars, and reports.
• Monitor performance and optimize engagement and conversions.
• Gather sales feedback to refine messaging and targeting.
