Job summary

Palm Harbor Homes is seeking an experienced Manufacturing-ASR sales professional to drive B2B retail sales, connect retailers and communities with Cavco products, and guide customers through the purchase and delivery process of manufactured homes.

You will field inquiries, present product features, negotiate terms, and maintain accurate customer records. The role requires strong communication, analytical thinking, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business (or equivalent)
• 2–5 years of progressive sales responsibilities
• Strong analytical aptitude and problem solving
• Excellent written and verbal communication; self-starter

Responsibilities

• Possess strong negotiation skills
• Prospecting to develop new points of distribution (NPD)
• Visit retailers and communities to evaluate needs, promote product, service sales and follow-up
• Maintain customer records using automated systems
• Answer questions about products, prices, availability
• Quote prices
• Contact new or existing customers to discuss how products can meet their needs
• Emphasize product features based on analyses of needs and knowledge of product capabilities and limitations
• Assist in selecting products based on customer needs and applicable regulations
