Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain professional interactions with customers throughout the purchase process.
• Achieve sales goals, including home sales and profitability targets.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Identify customer needs and assist in home selection realistically.
• Gather credit information and collaborate with management to secure financing.
• Collect customer's down payment before ordering the home.
• Close sales contracts with customers.
• Manage and complete customer orders.
• Use follow-up systems to track activity and results.
• Follow up on sales leads from various sources, including advertising, phone, and website.
• Identify local marketing opportunities for new business growth.
• Proactively follow up with prospective customers.
• Availability: Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

Minimum Qualifications
