Job summary

Canyon Creek Financial is seeking an Outside Sales Representative and Trainer to grow our local B2B insurance solutions. This is an in-person, territory-based role with occasional travel, a full-time schedule, and a compensation package including base draw, uncapped commissions, and bonuses.

You will build relationships with business owners, train new agents, mentor others, manage your own schedule, and pursue licensing with company support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life license.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel within territory.
• Independent contractor status.

Responsibilities

• Drive B2B sales with business owners through in-person outreach.
• Train and mentor new agents in the field.
• Manage schedule and territory, with occasional weekends.
• Build long-term client relationships.
