Canyon Creek Financial LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative and Trainer to drive B2B insurance solutions, mentor new agents, and manage a local territory with occasional travel.

You will conduct face-to-face outreach, train and coach others with structure and encouragement, and balance independence with team support, earning a weekly base draw plus uncapped commissions and bonuses. Licensing reimbursement is included as part of the package.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of B2B sales success.
• Willingness to obtain a state Health & Life license (Licensing assistance provided).
• Driver's license + reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Drive B2B sales by building relationships with business owners and offering tailored insurance solutions.
• Train and mentor new agents with structure and encouragement in the field.
• Own your schedule and territory while maintaining accountability and follow-through.
