Job summary

Canyon Creek Financial LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative & Trainer to drive B2B insurance sales in a local, in-person territory with occasional travel. You will train and mentor new agents while managing your schedule and income, supported by licensing reimbursement and incentives.

The role offers a weekly base draw with uncapped commissions and bonuses, plus quarterly and annual incentives. You’ll build trusted relationships and contribute to meaningful protection for clients.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of B2B sales experience.
• Willingness to obtain a state Health & Life license (licensing support provided).
• Driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Face-to-face sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive B2B sales by meeting business owners in person and offering tailored insurance solutions.
• Train and mentor new agents, providing structure and encouragement in the field.
• Build long-term client and colleague relationships through consistent follow-through.
