Job summary

Canyon Creek Financial LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative & Trainer to build direct B2B relationships, deliver tailored insurance solutions, and mentor new agents in the field. It’s a full-time, in-person role with a local territory and occasional travel.

As an independent contractor, you’ll map your own schedule, pursue state licensing with provided reimbursement, and lead coaching initiatives while earning uncapped commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of B2B sales success.
• Willingness to obtain a state Health & Life license (licensing assistance provided).
• Driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Drive B2B sales – build relationships with business owners and provide insurance solutions.
• Facilitate growth – train and mentor new agents in the field.
