You’ll meet business owners face-to-face, present enrollment-style options, and grow a book of business within a proven system. No prior insurance experience is required, and licensing support is provided.

Qualifications

• Coachable, reliable, and growth-oriented.
• Comfortable meeting decision-makers face-to-face.
• Motivated by purpose and people, not just numbers.
• Able to manage your time and follow systems.
• Willing to obtain a Health & Life license (support provided).

Responsibilities

• Meet with decision-makers at local businesses.
• Present supplemental insurance options in enrollment-style meetings.
• Build lasting relationships through follow-up and service.
• Maintain accurate client and activity records in Salesforce.
• Work closely with mentors to set goals and grow.
