Job summary

True North Group is seeking a Direct Sales Representative to drive Business-to-Business insurance solutions. You’ll visit small and medium businesses, present plans, and build lasting relationships with owners and teams.

You’ll meet clients in person and via phone, using Salesforce to manage outreach, followed by ongoing client care, questions, and claims support. Training is provided, with generous commissions and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or working with customers, especially outside sales.
• Ability to teach others, both in person and online.
• Good at staying organized and talking to people clearly.
• A strong desire to help and care for others.
• Health & Life general lines license, or the ability to get it within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emails and phone calls from clients.
• Set up meetings to review client needs.
• Attend meetings with your team or manager.
• Find new businesses, referrals, and help current clients: B2B sales.
• Build and maintain your own client list.
• Work with your manager to set sales goals monthly and quarterly.
• Build relationships with local business owners.
• Set your own work schedule and share it weekly.
• Follow up on leads and cold call new businesses in person.
• Report your daily sales activities.
