PSS Industrial Group in Baytown, TX is seeking an Inside Sales professional to generate quotes, assist customers, and drive orders in a hybrid, full-time role.

You will follow up on proposals, coordinate shipping, enter orders in the ERP, and partner with Outside Sales to grow accounts while delivering timely service.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of B2B industrial sales, strong communication skills, and a proactive, results‑oriented mindset.

Competenze

• 2+ years of B2B industrial sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience using Infor SXe software is a plus.
• Strong sense of urgency and commitment to timely service.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
• Self-motivated to improve performance and development.

Mansioni

• Generates customer quotes and proposals via phone, email or in person.
• Provides counter sales support and assists customers with products and services.
• Follows up on quotes and proposals, negotiates as needed and closes transactions.
• Coordinates shipping and material information for products and ensures timely delivery.
• Enters orders into the ERP system per established rules.
• Maintains relationships with established and new customers.
• Collaborates with Outside Sales and communicates account feedback.
• Assists in delivery/pickup of materials for small branches as needed.
