Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Approximately 3–5 years of marketing experience.
• Hands‑on experience managing website content using WordPress, Shopify, or similar platforms.
• Experience with e-commerce or online ordering systems.
• Working knowledge of digital marketing, including email marketing, SEO/SEM, and social media.
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve the company website, including content updates, SEO, and lead-generation forms.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns through email, search, and social media.
• Develop and maintain consistent branding, messaging, and marketing templates.
• Create sales and marketing materials such as product information sheets, company capability presentations, case studies, and training materials.
• Support e-commerce and online product catalog initiatives.
• Coordinate trade shows, industry events, advertising, and promotional activities.
• Track and analyze marketing performance, including website traffic, campaign results, lead generation, and cost effectiveness.
• Manage customer communications such as newsletters, product updates, pricing/inventory alerts, and CRM-based outreach.
• Work with suppliers and business partners on joint marketing opportunities.
• Monitor competitors and industry trends to support effective market positioning.
• Perform other related marketing duties as needed.
