Job summary

Liberty Latin America, based in Puerto Rico and USVI, is seeking a Director ICT Solutions to shape the next phase of its B2B technology growth. This senior role leads ICT Business Development and Pre-Sales teams, aligning strategy with customer needs and technology capabilities to accelerate growth beyond traditional connectivity.

The role focuses on expanding capabilities across AWS and Cloud solutions, cybersecurity, UC&C, Managed Services, IoT, Data Center, SD-WAN/SASE and advanced ICT

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience across B2B technology, telecommunications, ICT, cloud, cybersecurity, managed services or related industries.
• 5+ years of leadership experience across Business Development, Pre-Sales, Solution Architecture, Commercial Technology or related functions.
• Proven track record of building pipeline and delivering sustainable technology or ICT revenue growth.
• Experience working with Enterprise and Mid-Market customers and complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Strong knowledge across multiple ICT domains, including Cloud, AWS or other hyperscaler environments, Cybersecurity, UC&C, Managed Services, Data Center, Networking and SD-WAN/SASE.
• Experience working with technology vendors, strategic partners and broader solution ecosystems.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including pricing, margins and business-case development.
• Strong executive communication, influencing, negotiation and customer engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute the B2B ICT growth strategy.
• Lead and develop high-performing Business Development, Pre-Sales and Solution Architecture teams.
• Build qualified pipeline and accelerate revenue, conversion, recurring revenue and profitable growth.
• Expand ICT penetration and share-of-wallet across our B2B customer base.
• Strengthen consultative and solution-based selling across the organization.
• Engage strategic customers as a senior technology advisor and help translate complex technology into meaningful business outcomes.
• Partner with Sales, GTM, Product, Technology, Operations, Finance and strategic technology partners, including AWS and other key ecosystem providers, to bring differentiated solutions to market.
• Strengthen our ICT capabilities, talent and partner ecosystem as the business continues to evolve.
