Job summary

MBI Direct Mail + Digital is seeking a driven Client Growth Specialist to expand our regional client base. This hunter role focuses on prospecting, developing new business, and introducing businesses to customized marketing solutions that deliver real results.

You'll work directly with business owners and decision-makers, selling a full suite of direct mail, print, data, and digital marketing services while building a strong pipeline.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, outside sales, or business development.
• Proven track record of prospecting, developing relationships, and closing new business.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing sales activities and opportunities within a CRM.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
• Experience selling marketing, advertising, print, direct mail, digital marketing, or closely related business services.
• Highly self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new B2B business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and relationship building.
• Meet with business owners and decision-makers to understand their marketing goals.
• Sell customized direct mail, print, data, and digital marketing solutions.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM software.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and pricing recommendations.
• Negotiate and close new business opportunities.
• Develop long-term client relationships that generate repeat business.
• Collaborate with internal production and marketing teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals and revenue targets.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitive offerings.
