You’ll own full-funnel demand generation, manage cross-functional projects, optimize the lead lifecycle with Sales, and plan webinars, trade shows, and executive dinners while collaborating with a global team in NY and beyond.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in B2B growth marketing at a high-growth company.
• Data-driven with ability to measure and report ROI.
• Technical fluency across marketing tech stack and analytics.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present to founders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end demand generation strategy across channels.
• Independently manage cross-functional marketing projects from ideation through execution.
• Optimize the lead lifecycle with Sales and refine scoring.
• Define metrics and perform regular performance analysis.
• Identify innovative growth ideas and test them at scale.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product and Design while managing external resources.
