Qualifications

• 7–12 years in B2B marketing with direct responsibility for growth outcomes.
• Financial services or payments experience strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience at smaller or early-stage companies where you owned execution.
• Verifiable track record of results driving organic traffic, rankings, and backlinks.
• Multi-year tenures with sustained impact.

Responsibilities

• Own SEO as the primary long-term growth channel, including technical SEO, site architecture, and keyword strategy.
• Own Paid Acquisition: Google Ads and emerging channels, including setup, optimization, and budget pacing.
• Lead PR, communications & brand to secure earned placements and backlink authority.
• Define positioning and messaging for ICPs, buyer personas, and channel consistency.
• Build the marketing engine and report on metrics like organic traffic, rankings, and CAC/ROAS.
• Scale the function by managing freelancers/agencies and hiring when justified.
