Job summary

Finix is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to own our paid digital programs end-to-end: strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting. This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to senior leadership and a real seat at the revenue table.

You'll join a collaborative marketing team and partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Content/Creative. The role emphasizes performance, measurement, and continuous optimization in a fast-moving fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing B2B direct response digital marketing programs.
• Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads.
• Fluency in web analytics, ad tracking, A/B testing, tag management, and CMS tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid digital campaigns across SEM, paid social, display, video, and remarketing with a focus on pipeline and revenue impact.
• Continuously test new channels, formats, and messaging to improve performance.
• Write compelling direct response copy for ads and landing pages that convert.
• Build and present performance narratives to the CEO and senior leadership with wins/losses and next steps.
• Partner with Sales to align digital programs with the customer lifecycle and maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with Content/Creative to design targeted experiences for key segments.
• Design and run A/B tests and segmentation strategies to systematically improve results.
• Manage budgets and spend with Finance for efficiency and accountability.
• Maintain and improve performance dashboards with Marketing and Revenue Ops.
