Qualifications

• 2 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience.
• Full-stack marketing across SEO, SEM, PPC, email, and social media.
• Deep understanding of the B2B buyer's journey.
• Data-driven with CRM and forecasting mindset.
• Self-starter with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize the full B2B funnel from lead to retention.
• Launch and scale A/B tests on landing pages, ads, and emails.
• Monitor CAC, LTV, and ROAS to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with Product and Sales on onboarding and re-engagement.
• Manage MarTech stack and CRM integrations for data integrity.
• Develop social content strategy to position CommanderAI as a thought leader.
• Oversee digital presence and messaging for real-world ROI.
• Coordinate with SDRs and AEs to ensure smooth lead handoffs.
• Relay market feedback to leadership to inform roadmap.
