Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing B2B paid search & paid social campaigns.
• Proven management of ≥ $250k/mo in ad spend across ≥ 5 B2B accounts, with measurable impact.
• Fluency in the B2B marketing tech stack - LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, GA4, Salesforce/HubSpot/Marketo.
• Experience with ABM, demand generation, and sales/marketing alignment.

Responsabilités

• Lead all client communications, including weekly/bi-weekly calls and updates with stakeholders.
• Identify and implement strategies to increase client MRR, revenue, and profit.
• Act as fractional CMO: define goals and design pipeline-building strategies.
• Lead performance reviews, reporting, and roadmap conversations with clients.
• Drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities aligned with client goals.
